Fugitive rogue trader Vance Miller still owes the authorities almost all of £2.3m in ill-gotten gains - nearly two years after a judge ordered him to pay up or face jail. The 54-year-old from Oldham is thought to be in Indonesia and appears to be sticking two fingers up at the law. Investigators have seized and sold some assets but the balance of a court confiscation order - more than £2m - has yet to be paid. In November 2017, Miller was ordered to pay more than £2.3m within three months or risk eight years in jail.
